Returns & Guarantees

Inspect the item on delivery. The courier must let you unpack and examine the parcel in their presence — use that right, because this moment decides everything that follows.

By accepting the item you confirm that it matches its description on the site and arrived undamaged. Once accepted from the courier, an item cannot be returned.

If the item does not match its description or is damaged, do not accept it. The refusal is recorded on the spot, the parcel goes back to the seller automatically, and you send us a claim with photographs and video. We review it within 45 working days and refund the payment if the claim is justified.

Items in the Art section come with a digital certificate of authenticity. For those a 180-day guarantee applies: if within that period the piece proves not to be an original by the stated artist, we refund the full amount, shipping included.
