Trust
Our guarantees
Buying art online should feel safe. Here are our commitments to every buyer.
Certificate of authenticity
Original works sold by their authors come with a digital certificate of authenticity (COA) — a unique QR code and the CodeKY seal: a permanent record of artist, title, year and medium. Resale, private collections, jewellery and accessories come with the seller's own documents.
The seller answers for authenticity
The seller is responsible for authenticity and for the item matching its description. If a piece proves to be a forgery or not the one you ordered, the seller refunds you — we pass your claim on to the seller and help settle it.
All sales final
Original art is a final sale. Before buying, request extra photos or a short video of the exact work — and ask the curator anything — so you can decide with complete confidence.
Secure worldwide shipping
Museum-grade packing, full-value insurance and tracking. Art from the EU is duty-free (VAT only), shipped within the EU with no customs.
Transparent pricing
The price on the card is final for the buyer. The artist always sees their payout: sale price minus the platform commission and fees. No hidden markups.
