Certificate of authenticity
Original works sold by their authors come with a digital certificate of authenticity (COA) — a unique QR code and the CodeKY seal: a permanent record of artist, title, year and medium. Resale, private collections, jewellery and accessories come with the seller's own documents.
180-day authenticity guarantee
If within 180 days a work proves not to be an original by the stated artist, we refund the full amount, shipping included.
All sales final
Original art is a final sale. Before buying, request extra photos or a short video of the exact work — and ask the curator anything — so you can decide with complete confidence. Authenticity is separately guaranteed for 180 days.
Secure worldwide shipping
Museum-grade packing, full-value insurance and tracking. Art from the EU is duty-free (VAT only), shipped within the EU with no customs.
Transparent pricing
The price on the card is final for the buyer. The artist always sees their payout: sale price minus the platform commission and fees. No hidden markups.
