Listing on CodeKY is free — the platform takes a commission only when an item sells. We review every item by hand before it goes live.
Who can sell
Artist
You make what you sell: painting, graphics, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, your own decor. Your profile carries a biography, education and exhibitions, and you appear in Artists.
Seller
A gallery, a brand or a private seller. You sell pieces you did not make: vintage, antiques, resale decor. No biography needed — items are listed under the cabinet's name.

How it works
Sign up
Open a seller cabinet and fill in your profile. Sellers must be adults: works by children are listed by a parent or legal guardian.
Add an item
Photos, title, dimensions, materials, price and description. You set the price. The item goes live after moderation.
Get an order
The buyer pays the platform, and the money is held until the item is received. Shipping details are in the Orders section of your cabinet.
Ship it
Within two working days of payment; you create the waybill in the cabinet. An artwork leaving Ukraine needs an expert opinion that it is not a cultural heritage item — you have 5 working days to prepare it.
Get paid
Within 3 days of the buyer receiving the item: the price less commission, to the details in your cabinet.
Commission
Calculated on the item price only: delivery, insurance and export documents are not included.

What we don't accept
New mass-market goods and reproductions without the author's consent. The description and photos must show the very item the buyer will receive.
