Born on July 13, 1937, in the city of Nizhny Tagil. Graduated from the Kyiv Art Institute (1965), architect. Received the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR in the field of architecture (1988). Prize of the Council of Ministers of the USSR (1971). Member of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (1975). Worked at the "Diprosilbud" institute (Kyiv; 1965-1978): group leader (1976-1978); at the Kyiv Zonal Research and Design Institute of Standard and Experimental Design (1978-1991): chief architect of the project (1980-1991). Main works: development in the village of Kodaky, Vasylkiv district, Kyiv region (second half of the 1960s), Communications Hub (1977), district council (1978); virology, hospitals on Bahhovutivska Street (1970), new buildings of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (1980, 1987). Took part in writing articles in professional journals: "Physical Education Academic Building" // "Construction and Architecture" (1985, No. 12).
