Terms of Use

CodeKY is an international marketplace for art, home decor and resale. We are not the seller of the goods: the platform provides information and advertising services — it lists, shows and promotes items that sellers put up themselves. The seller remains the owner of the item until it is handed to the buyer.

An item is bought with the "Buy" button, and the price on the card is final. If you have questions about an item, you can send an inquiry from its page instead — we will answer personally.

The buyer's money reaches the platform's account and is held until delivery is confirmed. After that it is credited to the seller, less the platform's commission.

Intellectual-property rights in the items belong to their authors and sellers. Listing on CodeKY transfers none of those rights. The platform's brand, design and content belong to CodeKY.

We reserve the right to decline a listing or a sale. Governing law and jurisdiction follow the registration of the entity that receives payment.
