Vasyl Chehodar
ProfessionalUkrainian painter (1918–1989), a master of landscape and still life. Born in the Odesa region, he worked in easel painting and mostly painted views of Kyiv. He took part in republican exhibitions from 1949; solo shows were held in Kyiv in 1946, 1962 and 1982.
